SREDEWO has provided scholarships for skilful and intelligent but economically weak students.

SREDEWO has arranged different training programmes for the community leaders in rural areas who are engaged in rural development.
Many activities have been performed that are directed towards women in the area. SREDEWO provides classes and seminars in order to educate women on how to deal with family problems and child care efficiently. At present, some of the members are taking up self-employment in their own residence like tailoring and dress making, with the help of the employment training programme from the centre.

Socio-economic problems leading to frustration among the youth is increasing in the country. In order to reduce these problems, SREDEWO has launched a counseling service with the kind help of trained volunteers.
